Our soups are made fresh in our kitchens by talented cooks, using only organic produce, beans, and grains, and natural meats. We start with chicken or vegetable stock made from scratch and slowly simmer in flavor.
Whether you like to stop in and have a hot cup of soup in the store, or you prefer to bring a quart home to heat and feed the family, our naturally made soup will surely warm your insides.
Cooking with the seasons
As the seasons change, we'll have to say goodbye to the tomatoes, cucumbers, basil and mint of summer, and say hello to the squashes, greens, brussel sprouts, and root vegetables of fall. As we move from cooking from our gardens to cooking from our pantries, our cuisine changes. Words like fresh, raw, cold and grilled are replaced by dried, cooked, hot and roasted.
In the PCC Deli, we also rethink our menu as the seasons change. We have enjoyed summer favorites like our Greek Salad with fresh mint and organic tomatoes, Gazpacho, and our Kaleidoscope Salad. Now it's time to move into fall with classics such as Roasted Yams and Kale, Maple Cranberry Wild Rice, and Pumpkin Ravioli.
